Jen was born and raised in Colombia, and is the heart behind Palma The Lab, a space devoted to women’s empowerment, menstrual education, herbal wisdom, and conscious rituals. A physicist by profession and a passionate apprentice of natural Muisca traditional herbalism, feminine alchemy, and ancestral healing arts, she has spent the last years weaving together science, spirituality, and tradition to guide women in reconnecting with their cyclical nature and embodied wisdom.

Now based in Australia, she is cultivating her own herbal practice rooted in ritual, healing, and feminine well-being. Her work explores the intersection between menstrual health, plant medicine, and conscious embodiment, hosting women circles, workshops, and rituals that blend scientific knowledge with intuitive and spiritual practices.

As she deepens her studies in herbalism, natural fertility, and feminine energetics, she has been working with her garden to create small-batch herbal remedies — such as Herbal infused oils, floral waters, and ritual kits — inspired by her own hands-on learning and seasonal harvests. Through Palma The Lab, she weaves together science, spirituality, and tradition to guide women in reconnecting with their cycles, the Earth, and their innate healing power.

She believes that every woman holds the power to heal herself and that by reclaiming body wisdom, we can cultivate healthier, more connected, and empowered communities. She offers her work in both English and Spanish, sharing resources, leading rituals, and collaborating with other women around the world to create spaces of healing, connection, and feminine sovereignty.
